1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF USE Use of this web site is subject to the terms of this agreement. By using sciorbis.org you are indicating that you have read, acknowledge and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions of this agreement. We reserve the right to change this user agreement at any time, without notice, so please read it over once in a while. We will post the date that the user agreement was last modified so that you can see if it has been changed. USE OF SITE You may use the materials and services available on this site only for your personal and non-commercial use. In particular, you may not contact anyone who has posted their e-mail on this website for any commercial purpose. You may not provide e-mail addresses posted on this site to any third party. This site is not directed at users under the age of 13. Users under the age of 13 may not register on this site, users under 18 should consult their parent or guardian. 3. USER IDENTIFICATION Although you are not required to identify yourself by name on SciOrbis, you may not provide a login name, e-mail address, last name, first name or initials which, singly or together are likely to mislead users or staff as to your identity. Any attempt to impersonate another person or a staff member will be cause for termination of your account and permanent denial of access to SciOrbis and its services. When registering with the site, you must chose a login name, which will be visible to other users by default. You may not choose a name that is obscene or offensive. We reserve the right to remove users who have registered under an inappropriate name or to alter their name to make it acceptable. 4. POSTING CONTENT / COPYRIGHT By entering a public review and/or ratings, you give us the right to display, reproduce and use this content in its original or a modified form. However, the copyright of content posted by a user remains with that user. Reviews may not be reproduced by third parties without the permission of the original author. We are not responsible for the content posted on the website by users.
